What touched me in Alella was to have the opportunity to spend some time in old deserted places where the objects that were left behind still live on. In these places, I’ve been able to take time to really feel and reflect on what was once there. Instead of taking the photo as I saw the places when I first arrived, I felt moved to rearrange the objects in order to be a part of the place and allow it to live on through my photographs. I used photography as a means to share what I developed, which is the memory of a place and my feeling in relation to it.
